May I say a heartfelt "thank you " for your help, advice and kindness during our sessions. I felt very anxious to begin with but you put me at ease as you are lovely to talk to.
You have helped me come to realise that my behaviour and good mental health has a positive effect on those I care for.
I feel extremely lucky that you have been my therapist. You have helped me work through a very difficult and sometimes disturbing time in my life and for that I will always be grateful.
